Role Overview:

We are looking for a Java Developer to join an internationally consolidated insurance company present in 33 countries, with more than 45 years of history. In 2020, achieved more than 500 highly important partners in different industries, such as finance, retail, telecommunications, utilities, etc. With offices in Oporto or Lisbon (hybrid).

What you will do:

• Provide technical support for the platform integrators and production operators;
• Imply in run activities;
• Produce high value documentation;
• Contribute to functional and technical specifications according to Company internal architecture guidelines;
• Participate on agile ceremonies;
• Participate in Code Review/Pair Programing activities;
• Contribute to platform architecture evolution like migration to the DMZR cloud, API management (Apigee), etc
• Contribute to security and cyber-sercurity challenges;
• Challenge the team and share ideas;

What you are like:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Software Developer;
• Strong experience with Java;
• Experience with development, automation tests, continuous integration, continuous deployment;
• Working experience with Agile;
• Good verbal communication skills in French.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
