Requirements:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or similar;
• 7+ years of professional experience in the IT Field;
• Recent years experience involving activities in scope of IT Operations, with responsibilities of technical tasks related to troubleshooting and tuning in firefight or certification scenarios on Production environments;
• Proven knowledge on bird’s eye view analysis of complex IT solutions, understanding of business processes, SLAs and known KPIs, as well technical capacity to drill down into technical analysis involving know how of one or more technology internals for troubleshooting incidents;
• Skilled on the investigation, diagnosis and solution of Frontend and Backend application/systems technical issues
• Infrastructure (network, storage, cpu, memory) performance monitoring and analysis experience
• Good level of English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities:

• Act as Project Delivery Manager: Integrate one or more of Crossjoin’s Competence Center QMS projects; acting as Delivery Manager responsible for the quality of the Competence’s Center deliverables, and the review of the team’s deliverables within the project’s context. Execute activities on Client requirements gathering to ensure that project top concerns are being addressed within the Competence Center, ensure work coordination with the Competence’s Center leaders. Address client issues and risk management and cooperate with Crossjoin leaders for strategic account planning and reviews.
• Competence Center Delivery: Become part of the Competence Center delivery, executing technical tasks as a senior performance engineer.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough performance testing and analysis of software applications to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Coach others in this activity.
• Optimization: Develop and implement optimization strategies to improve application performance, scalability, and efficiency. Coach others in this activity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering teams to identify and resolve performance issues. Provide guidance on best practices for performance optimization.
• Tool Development contribution: contribute for the development of tools for performance monitoring, analysis, and benchmarking.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of performance criteria, benchmarks, and optimization strategies.
• Research: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in software performance engineering. Experiment with new tools and techniques to enhance system performance.
