UX Designer (m/f)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze market research data to identify user insights and behavior patterns, business needs and market trends.
• Create design artifacts such as Customer Journey Maps, storyboards, process flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, etc.
• Co-creating a strategic direction to improve our existing digital payments products.
• Communicate, advocate and build consensus around the desired product strategy and/or suggested design approach.
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams, contributing to improving the quality of design and end-user experience of digital products.
• Present and communicate product ideas, concepts and logic behind their design.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as UX Designer or in similar roles;
• Proven experience in research methodologies in a B2B environment, preferably technology-oriented;
• Ability to understand the set of technical constraints, user objectives and commercial requirements that shape current and future developments;
• Extensive experience in digital payments, for example in mobile payments;
• Experience with Figma;
• Fluent English and Portuguese.
