What are you going to do?

• Proactively monitoring the Secure GPT service, identifying issues and ensuring swift resolution;
• Ownershiping of service issues and incidents, driving through to resolution and communicating updates to stakeholders;
• Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in the processes and procedures related to the Secure GPT service, and drive implementation of these improvements. (Ex: Observability automation improvement: alerts, dashboards, queries,..);
• Ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements related to the Secure GPT service;
• Supporting the broader Secure GPT team in delivering exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

• 3 years of expertise in similar service as DevOps frontend;
• Experience in Azure cloud;
• 3 years' experience with Javascript development;
• Experience with next.js (required);
• Experience with Tailwind;
• Knowledge of Generative AI (e.g. ChatGPT, LLM) (nice to have);
• Knowledge of Infra as a code (Terraform and/or Bicep) and Github/DevOps (nice to have);
• Proficiency in English.
