What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Full-stack Data Engineer with solid experience with python and AWS to join a national project, hybrid in Lisbon or Oporto. You should be able to develop, operate and maintain data analysis applications on a big data platform in the AWS cloud.

• More than 3 years experience in similar roles
• Experience with Python, particularly in data manipulation and processing.
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with AWS Cloud (ex: S3, Lambda, Athena, EC2, Glue, CDK / Cloud formation, etc)
• Experience in programming and debugging
• Experience in applications developing in production environments
• Interest in data science

Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end functionalities in cloud platform (AWS) of big data, based on data analysis/processing.
• Actively participate in the discussion of the architecture of the functionality, definition of flows and data processes to be created.
• Develop production version, test, deploy in the cloud in development/quality/production environments, monitor environments, monitoring initial operation and debugging / evolutionary maintenance.  / evolutionary maintenance.
• Document the functionalities created using Confluence.
• Support in data extractions and exploratory analyses.
