We will rely on you to:

• Experience in Management Consulting
• Connect with different stakeholders to understand the scope of work to be done
• Gather, validate and document business requirements and other assets that allow to understand the complexity of work to be done
• Modelling business processes to map and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Creating functional and technical specifications for solutions
• Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
• Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team (specially for non-technical teams)
• Develop User Stories and interact with the Scrum Master to prioritize the backlog
• Help and engage in scrum ceremonies (Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Grooming and Daily’s)
• Support the implementation and testing of solutions
• Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to support business transition and helping to establish change
