Job Description:

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Retail and Fashion implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and design SAP solutions that align with industry best practices
• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA Retail and Fashion modules to meet client-specific needs
• Provide expert guidance on SAP S/4HANA Retail and Fashion best practices, ensuring optimal utilization of the platform
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for client teams, fostering knowledge transfer and user adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to deliver integrated and seamless solutions
• Stay abreast of SAP updates, patches, and new features, providing recommendations for continuous improvement

Must-Have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience as an SAP S/4HANA Retail and Fashion Consultant with a track record of successful implementations
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Retail and Fashion modules, including SD, MM, FMS, and CAR
• Strong configuration and customization skills within SAP S/4HANA
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project management
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Would be great if you have:

• SAP certification in relevant modules
• Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5
• Knowledge of SAP Fashion Management
• Familiarity with SAP Retail and Fashion industry best practices
• Exposure to integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP BW, SAP CRM)
• Retail and Fashion industry domain knowledge
