What are you going to do?

• Test Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans based on business requirements and functional specifications for Dynamics 365 Business applications. Execute test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and usability of Dynamics 365 modules;
• Regression Testing: Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure that new developments or updates do not negatively impact existing functionality. Identify and report any deviations from expected behavior during regression testing;
• Defect Management: Document and report defects with clear and detailed steps to reproduce, ensuring efficient communication with development teams. Work closely with developers to verify bug fixes and updates;
• Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and contribute to the overall quality of the Dynamics 365 Business applications. Provide timely feedback on testing progress and issues;
• Documentation: Create and maintain accurate documentation related to test cases, test scenarios, and test results. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on testing experiences.

What are we looking for?

• Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high quality results;
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and Azure DevOps;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (a plus);
• Proven experience in testing Dynamics 365 Business applications (a plus);
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and business processes (a plus);
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (a plus).
