We are looking for an Amazing: Technical Delivery Lead

Seniority: Mid (3-5 years)

Type of position: Full Remote. Candidates must be in Portugal

The amazing you, will have:

• Experience building empowered and self-organising teams, including interviewing the team members when required;
• Experience leading one or more agile teams; 
• Experience facilitate agile events and best practices, coaching and mentoring the team; 
• Working knowledge of software developing metodologies as Scrum, Kanban, Lean and DevOps frameworks, managing backlog and team sprints and also ticket allocations; 
• A strong understanding of eCommerce environment development, specially Front-End; 
• An understanding of modern software development practices and techniques; 
• Experience working with a Product Owner as well as another stakeholders; 
• Experience applying measures to support process improvement; 
• An understanding of build/deployment pipelines;
• Experience using Jira;
• Mandatory - Previous tech experience preferable as a QAE ou software developer
