We are looking for a Helpdesk Techinian to integrate the team of our client – a multinational reference company in the insurance sector.
What will be your main responsibilities?
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues;
- Create and configuration of accesses;
- Manage servers, PCs, laptops and printers;
- Provide 1st line support to servers and networks;
- User support.
What is required from you?
- Academic background in Computer Science, Informatics or similar areas;
- 2/3 years of experience in similar functions;
- Solid knowledge in Microsoft environments (Windows, Windows server, Office, Exchange, Active Directory);
- Basic knowledge in Linux Systems (it´s a plus);
- Knowledge of DB (MS SQL, Oracle, SQL Server);
- Knowledge of Network Protocols (IP, DNS, DHCP);
- Experience in account management (Windows and Active Directory), creation of mailboxes, permissions and access levels, folders and shared printers;
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).

- 35 weekly working hours – 9am to 5pm;
- Informal team environment;
- Offices with a central location in Lisbon.
