In this job of Customer Success Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisory for the customer and therefore accountable for customer success. For this, you will work remotely from our Portuguese office, you will interact with various other teams and colleagues - from different cultures and backgrounds!
As a Customer Success Consultant, you will identify new opportunities and challenges from the way our customers engage with our product and services, you will help to overcome the difficulties and foster the use of our solutions. For this, you will have the support of the different departments of Unit4.
What you will do
You will be the customer Ambassador within Unit4. You will engage with customers and maintain a positive relationship with them. In this job, you will participate on customers Steerco meetings. You will work together with different areas and departments of Unit4 (such as project managers, Customer support, sales representatives) to provide effective solutions to the customers challenges and requests.
In this job, you will manage customer complains up to satisfaction by monitoring customers’ requests and ensuring the resolution within the applicable SLAs. You will act as a facilitator when needed. You will improve processes and services provided and you will facilitate new business opportunities.
As Customer Success team member, you are a customer driven person, determined and focused on customer success. You contribute with your creativity and new ideas to the customer success challenges and processes and come up with new possibilities and improvements. You have a problem solver mindset and are resilient and committed to create strong and lasting customer-vendor relationships and positive outcomes.
You have a bachelors or Master degree in a relevant field and more than 3 years of experience in a similar position, which means that you have customer service mindset: you understand what makes people tick and you want to help them to succeed.
Due to your extensive experience, you have the ability to balance multiple high-priority requests or customer topics You are proactive and can work both independently and in a multi-disciplinary team. We will provide you with different trainings to keep progressing your career, not only related to our products but also technology related and soft skills training.
You like to jump on a plane every now and then, to visit customers in other countries and further work on already good English speaking and writing skills.
