General Qualifications/Technical Requirements:
- Senior position, minimum 5 years of experience in Field Support;
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills including root-cause analysis;
- Strong ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely fashion;
- Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects;
- Professional and courteous attitude with attention to customer service;
- Interact with business and other IT teams to answer questions, resolve problems and address requests;
- 5/8 years Second Level Desktop Support experience supporting Microsoft Windows;
- Ability to identify, isolate and resolve IT problems / requests;
- Microsoft Office 2016/Office 365;
- Experience of configuring mobile devices e.g. iOS, Android and Blackberry;
- Experience working with security systems like Anti-Virus, Web Proxy, etc.;
- Ability to use helpdesk management tools to log/monitor/close client problems/requests;
- Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory;
- Contact Center environment experience is preferred;
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Experience interfacing with help desk customers;
