Thus, we are now selecting Service Manager (user support and service desk)  willing to accept new challenges in a final client.

Are you the one?

  • Degree in Computer engineering, management or similar;
  • Minimum 5-year experience in service management (user support and service desk)
  • ITIL Certification (preferred)
  • Experience in technical components elaboration, project specs and further evaluation also presale experience in the infrastructure area;
  • Capability to simplify complex problems and arrange smart solutions;
  • Good interpersonal communication skills;
  • Team Player
  • Be resilient;
  • Think outside the box;
  • Have a proactive attitude;
  • English spoken / written - fluent (mandatory);
  • Knowledge of Spanish spoken / written (preferred)

  • Experience with similar IT processes within our internal departments;
  • Technically demanding and stimulating positions.
