We’re looking for a new team member as an ITSM Consultant.
- Degree in Computer Science or similar;
- 2 years of professional experience in IT Service Management;
- Knowledge of management tools (in particular): HP Service Manager;
- Experience in other solutions on the market: BMC Remedy, IBM Control Desk and Easyvista;
- It’s valued having an ITIL certification;
