We are seeking talented Software Engineers with special skills in infrastructure development, systems design and an exceptional degree of rigour in engineering, to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop NoSQL data-base systems that are reliable, scalable, trusted, fast and easy to maintain.
- Work closely with product management, other software engineers and quality teams on feature definition and release milestones.
- Perform peer code-reviews and unit-testing to ensure high-quality software.
- Use agile development methodology.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc on Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- 3+ years development experience using Java language
- Experience with Hadoop, Cassandra or other big data technologies
- Experience designing and developing large scale applications servers is preferred
- Strong understanding of Data Modeling and Database Administration in Cassandra or similar NoSQL technologies
- Must have excellent problem solving skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task
