Open Publishing - who we are:
Since 1998 we develop software for the publishing industry, providing our customers with solutions for the rapidly changing world of digital markets. Among our customers are major German and international publishing houses. Our software enables them to manage their digital catalogue and distribute and market the titles.

Founded and based in the heart of Munich/Germany we are expanding our international presence by opening a development hub in Portugal. Therefore we are looking for a creative and business oriented mind to shape the new location with innovative ideas and solutions and a hands-on-mentality.
Your position and the skills/requirements:
Experience with infrastructure as code
Ability to design, maintain and monitor complex and distributed infrastructure
Profound knowledge of IT automation technologies (e.g. Ansible, Chef)
Experience with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
Ability to clarify requirements in an interdisciplinary team
Contribute ideas on how to improve the product and the technology
You feel right at home in a Linux/Unix shell
Preferred qualifications / Even better if you have this:
Experience with cloud technologies (cloud providers)
Having worked with VMware and NetApp
Understanding of DB design / configuration
Familiarity with noSQL technologies (ElasticSearch, Redis)
Basic know how of CI/CD
