IT SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER (SAM)

The SAM should be entitled of following up the database prospects and generating business opportunities to grow companies’ revenue. The SAM main responsibility will be engaging with new prospects and maintaining the business relations with existing clients – promoting and developing optimized solutions according with customer’s needs.

An expert SAM is an efficient communicating person, with a natural joy on its tasks and able to see all outcomes with a positive attitude. It is important as well to understand the product and have good level of knowledge on the main IT areas. The successful SAM will gain the trust and the business opportunities from existing clients, and increase its database portfolio by bringing new leads and new clients. This will bring for the SAM a wealthy commission scheme and the possibility for a permanent sales position after the 3 months proofing period. Continuous Training and Certifications are given.

Job requirements

  • Fluent in English and another European language
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Economics or IT
  • 0-5 years’ experience in a sales trading or brokerage / account management role / Enterprise Terminals such as Honeywell, Zebra, Motorola, etc
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong numerical skills
  • Ability to handle constructive criticism and not afraid to fail or improve, thinking out of the box
  • Aptitude for taking initiative and creative mindset with an entrepreneurial attitude to work in collaboration with Marketing specialist
  • Proven track sales and performance
  • Relocation to Amsterdam (For training purposes, if necessary) or International Events

  Sales Targets:

  • Analyzing and presenting the weekly sales reports forecasts
  • Make turnover plans per companies’ brand product to a specific target group for the upcoming seasons
  • Present a yearly business plan and manage the pipeline actively
  • Engage with marketing activities continuously doing campaigns follow ups
  • Ability to pursuit and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Continuous Product Training and learning activities
  • Involvement in sales activities such as meeting, webinars and conference calls with customers and active participation in Conferences & Trade Events
  • Ability to promote and sell Internationally among Emerging Markets
