- Must be passionate of technology but capable of keeping the team focused and engaged.
- Should be capable of shifting from the top level management perspective to the hands-on layer and develop critical parts of the application when needed
- The most successful candidates value ownership and collaboration and are self-motivated, detail-oriented, problem solvers.
- We’re looking for someone who’s been developing software for some time. This means you’ve got at least a few years of experience as a software architect leading a team on a sizeable project.
