JOB NAME: Junior CRM Support
TYPE OF CONTRACT:
- Long Term/Permanent and all KCS IT benefits – “Office Lisbon”
PROJECT LOCATION: Parque Das Nações
MISSION: “Integrate a highly dynamic and demanding team responsible for the delivery of the L2 and L3 support for several CRM related applications.”
SKILLS TO MAKE IT:
Bachelor / Master in Computer Engineering or similar;
Knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of Oracle Databases (Plus)
Knowledge of Unix
Knowledge of Shell Script
Knowledge of Siebel CRM (Plus)
Proven ability to multitask
Ability and willingness to learn
Good attention to detail, an ability to assimilate, sort and aggregate complex information quickly.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Fluency in English (Minimum B1) is mandatory;
Availability to travel (1 month) (All expenses covered + benefits);
