JOB NAME: Operational Manager
TYPE OF CONTRACT:

PROJECT LOCATION: Parque Das Nações
MISSION: “Transition to Support Processes and Go Live preparation of complex transformation programs”
SKILLS TO MAKE IT:
Bachelor / Master in Computer Engineering or similar;
Project Management or/and Service Management experience in Telco market.
Strong understanding and experience (+6 years) of Operational Readiness requirements, management and execution.
Experience with DevOps/Agile teams.
