As a Tech Lead, you will design the solution architecture, manage the delivery team and ensures they follow all the best procedures and practices. Also, you will be responsible for the overall project quality. We expect you to be a reference to your team, supporting their work and growth in order to deliver state-of-the-art applications in one of our global projects.
Main requirements
- Degree in computer science or similar
- Strong experience in web and mobile application development and delivery procedures
- Master architectural design and development best practices
- Experience in agile methodologies
- Ability to think-out-of-the-box
- Capacity to remove impediments improving team performance
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
Nice to have
- OutSystems project experience and certifications
- Scrum Certification
