THE ROLE
We are looking for an Integrations Support Engineer to be responsible for all support and maintenance activities in the team. Furthermore, you will contribute to define and implement a sustainable strategy for integrations within Farfetch.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be responsible for support and maintenance activities related to all integration projects;
- Work closely with the integrations engineers and analysts;
- Improve documentation about our integration processes and workflows;
- Help to define best practices for the integrations processes;
- Help to define the vision and strategy for integrations.
WHO YOU ARE
- Graduated in Software Engineering or related field;
- A professional with excellent communication skills;
- A professional with, at least, basic knowledge about SQL using Microsoft SQL Server or other relevant RDMS;
- A professional with, at least, basic knowledge about JAVA or similar object oriented programming language;
- A professional with, at least,basic knowledge about XML, XSD and XSLT;
- Able to promote process improvement;
- Problem solver and experienced in working closely with external partners;
- Experienced with software integration processes is a plus;
- Fluent in English and/or Italian is mandatory.
