We are looking to fill the following position at our Lisboa offices:
PMO Specialist – SAP Programme
The Inapa Group is currently seeking a PMO Specialist to join their ERP project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Programme Manager, with ongoing projects. This will involve monitoring project plans, scope, schedules, budgets and expenditures and ensuring that project tasks’ deadlines are met in a timely manner.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Science or Project Management
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications
- Confidence and professionalism to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and peers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while meeting critical deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Able to respond to urgent tasks and follow up on rapid changes occurring in the process
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical and decision-making capacity
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German is a differentiator;
- Availability to travel.
Main activities and responsibilities:
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project tasks’ deadlines are met.
- Track project changes and risks
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Facilitate meetings when appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
