Technical Requirements:

  • Experienced as IT Helpdesk Support;
  • Knowledge of Apple IPhone and their ecosystem;
  • Knowledge of MDM tools;
  • Knowledge of mobile operating systems;
  • Fluent in English and French;

Behavioral profile:

  • Availability to travel;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Ability to work in a co-operative way;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Customer and Service focus.
