Job Description

Responsible for the design, build, implementation, and delivery of scalable Microsoft Office 365 solutions, with a focus Messaging (Exchange Online), Communication (Teams, Skype for Business Online), Collaboration (SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business), Endpoint (Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune), Office 365 Apps (Power Automate, Insights, Forms, Planner, Stream, Sway, To-Do, etc.);

• Manage and monitor Office 365 services;

• Administer and support Office 365 policies and groups;

• Maintain a highly secure system through proper security configurations;

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with user access to Microsoft 365 services;

• User Administration (Active Directory, Azure, Workday and LDAP)

• Follow a consistent process for incident and problem resolution;

• Review and manage technical requirements and business functional requirements to establish new Microsoft 365 environments;

• Execute assessment, migration and implementation plans to deploy Microsoft 365 solutions and migrate environments from on-premise systems to Microsoft 365;

• Have the ability to go technically deep across Microsoft 365 services, actively seek solutions to the needs of internal and external customers, communicate trends to management and drive Microsoft 365 product improvements;

• Support the evolution of the Microsoft 365 services through the design and implementation of new service features;

• Work in close collaboration with other ICC technical teams including Information Security, Architecture, Service Management, etc. ;

• Improve internal efficiency and customers happiness by finding opportunities to optimize existing processes and tools;

• Prepare technical documentation on the Microsoft 365 services and related procedures and operations;

• Participate in 24x7 On-Call rotation;

• Perform other duties as required.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 service structure and core features;

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, , OneDrive for Business, Intune and related Office 365 Admin Centers;

• Sound knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD and DNS;

• Strong scripting knowledge in PowerShell;

• Sound knowledge of Office 365 Security and Compliance features;

• Sound knowledge of Office 365 roles;

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing plans;

• Good communication skills (oral and written communication)

• Good experience in drafting technical documents;

• Ability to work under pressure, with minimum supervision and a good level of proactiveness

• Ability to grasp complex concepts, logical and analytical approach to solving problems;

• Good interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with offshore/nearshore teams and share knowledge;

• Excellent knowledge of English (both written and oral);

• Ability to adapt to a continuously changing environment;

• Ability to interact with customers, ability to assess and gather customer requirements and turn them into appropriate implementations;

• Self-driven and motivated to learn;


• Working knowledge of Azure Services and Integrations including Microsoft Graph API




• A minimum of 5 years of experience working in IT, preferably in large environments, and at least 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 technologies;

Resource Profile

• Experience analysing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for technical issues;

• Exposure to migration projects such as on-premise to cloud;

• Work experience in large international environments;

• Experience with service management (ITIL, ISO20000) and project management (PMI, Prince2) methodologies


• Experience working with customers on Microsoft 365 specific solutions and deployments;

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience
