ManpowerGroup are searching for a Helpdesk Technician (M/F) to join to our team to provide technical support specialized in IT services.
- Perform remote troubleshooting thought diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions;
- Determine the best solution for the customers;
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services;
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs;
- Pass on feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team;
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
- Experience in IT area;
- Knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control;
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues;
- Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese (eliminatory);
- English is mandatory;
