ManpowerGroup are searching for a Helpdesk Technician (M/F) to join to our team to provide technical support specialized in IT services.


  • Perform remote troubleshooting thought diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions;
  • Determine the best solution for the customers;
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services;
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs;
  • Pass on feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team;
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.


Required Skills

  • Experience in IT area;
  • Knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control;
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues;
  • Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese (eliminatory);
  • English is mandatory;
  • Customer-oriented.
