Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
•Monitor and act on alarms from customer systems;
•Analyze and participate in troubleshooting operating systems;
•Preparation of reports.
Main Technical Requirements:
•Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems;
•Knowledge in Azure administration;
•Knowledge of BMC Control-M in Operation and Monitoring;
•Knowledge in Nagios/Check_MK in the areas of Operation and Administration;
•Knowledge of BMC Remedy from the user's perspective;
•Knowledge and experience in the practice of ITSM processes, namely Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Asset Management;
•Experience in using and supporting O365 (Exchange, Teams, Onedrive, Sharepoint);
•Experience in managing virtual machines in VMware infrastructures;
•Experience in exploring backup solutions (preferably Symantec NetBackup);
•Previous experience, knowledge or certifications with firewalls, VPN and remote access, load balancers, corporate anti-malware tools;
•Previous experience, knowledge or certifications related to cybersecurity.
•Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
•Experience in functional development;
•Good proficiency in English.
