Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis and Benchmarking:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis by collaborating with external companies and agencies to identify industry trends, competitors, and opportunities;
- Benchmark our software solutions against market standards to drive product enhancements.
2. Reporting and KPI Management:
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the company's performance;
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting critical insights and areas for improvement.
3. Project Coordination:
- Coordinate projects with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of software solutions to our clients;
- Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks, implementing solutions as needed.
4. HR Support:
- Collaborate with the HR department to assist in onboarding;
- Maintain HR records and facilitate communication between employees and management.
5. Office Management:
- Oversee office operations, including facility maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure a productive and welcoming work environment for both on-site and remote staff.
- Contribute to the development of new and creative business strategies to enhance organizational competitiveness.
6. Remote Team Support:
- Provide support and resources to remote team members, fostering a cohesive work culture;
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among geographically dispersed teams.
Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a related field. Master's degree is a plus;
- At least 5 years of experience in a consulting firm or fast-paced industries as a PMO, business analyst, or equivalent;
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the tech industry;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams, clients, and external agencies;
- Proficiency in project management tools and software;
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify issues, develop solutions, and drive improvements;
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a bonus;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
