Let's take a look at the profile we are looking for:

  • Ambitious people with a passion for this area;
  • Technician degree for IT Systems and Computing or Telecommunications;
  • 4 years' experience in one of this position:
    • IT Infrastructure Technician
    • Service Desk technician
    • IT Infrastructure Project Manager
  • Experience in IT infrastructure deployment projects;
  • ITIL v4 certification will be a plus;
  • General knowledge about main IT technologies (workplace, servers, networks);
  • Management of virtual environments, preferable Microsoft Azure (certification will be a plus);
  • Experience in Fortinet network devices (certification will be a plus);
  • Customer oriented, proactive, analytic and self-organized;
  • Excellent troubleshooting and time management skills under pressure;
  • Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English);
  • Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines;
  • Sense of responsibility, commitment and integrity;
  • Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Contribute to 1st level support (end users):
    • To manage, resolve and track user incidents and requests;
    • To manage escalation of issues and ensure resolution;
    • To support to local users on site and by phone;
  • Management of ITSector telecommunication and networks (including security);
  • Ensure proper documentation level of his environment (technical & administrative documentation);
  • Manage project and ensure communication with business stakeholders so as to deliver on-time, on quality, within scope and budget.
