Responsibilities:
- Conducting recruitment processes for technical (Junior to Senior) and managerial positions for local and foreign clients
- Acquiring new candidates (calling around databases; direct search, etc.)
- Building a network of contacts among IT professionals
- Developing recruitment tools
- Caring for the good image of the company
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar position
- Good knowledge of English (part of the team is English-speaking)
- Communicativeness
- Creativity
- Results-oriented
- Ability to work in a team
- Independence in conducted activities
Nice to have:
- Experience in the IT outsourcing / IT consulting industry
