Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive cyber defence strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of cyber security professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate and manage the response to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to cyber security.
• Work closely with other departments, including IT, legal, and compliance, to ensure a cohesive approach to cyber security.
• Evaluate and implement advanced security technologies and tools to enhance the organization's cyber defence capabilities.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of the organization's cyber security posture.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, CISSP, CISM) is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cyber security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of cyber security principles, practices, and technologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
