Role Overview:

We are looking for a Windows Systems Administrator to integrate one of our Nearshore Teams working fully remote to the Netherlands.

 

What you will do:

  • Manage and administer Active Directory services, including user and group management, GPOs, and DNS/DHCP.
  • Design, deploy, and support Citrix environments, including XenApp/XenDesktop.
  • Manage and maintain VMWare and Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
  • Administer Office365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Develop and automate tasks using PowerShell scripting.
  • Manage endpoint devices using Intune/SCCM for configuration management and software deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows servers, desktops, and applications.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and other IT teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and solutions.

 

What you are like:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Windows Engineer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Active Directory, Citrix, VMWare, Hyper-V, Office365, PowerShell, and Intune/SCCM.
  • Strong understanding of Windows server and desktop operating systems.
  • Experience with network protocols, services, and security concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, Citrix Certified Professional) are a plus.
