Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in modern React ecosystem (hooks, context API, and React 18+ features);
• State management experience - Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or other state management libraries;
• TypeScript proficiency;
• Performance optimization skills - Experience with code splitting, lazy loading, and React performance optimization techniques;
• Build tools and bundlers - Experience with Webpack, Vite, or other modern build tools;
• CSS-in-JS or styling frameworks - Experience with styled-components, Material-UI, or similar;
• API integration experience - REST, GraphQL, WebSockets;
• Responsive design and accessibility knowledge;
• Quality-first approach on software development with solid knowledge of testing frameworks;
• Comfortable working in a distributed team environment, with people with different nationalities and cultures located in Switzerland and across Europe;
• Proven ability to both work independently and in small teams, proactive attitude to problem solving, as well as critical thinking;
• Code review experience - Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentor junior developers;
• Familiar with (or willing to learn) Scrum and agile methodology;
• Any additional frontend development languages, technologies and frameworks, in addition to JavaScript, TypeScript and ReactJS constitute a clear advantage;
• Excellent command of English.
