What You’ll Be Doing:

• Keep up-to-date with the latest web technologies, software architecture principles, and design patterns;
• Understand current workflows and contribute to the development of new lifecycles, prioritizing software quality processes;
• Take an active role in training and enhancing the skills of other web developers;
• Continuously monitor performance in production environments;
• Design and execute load tests while analyzing application performance;
• Develop our professional web-based application with a focus on dynamic interactions and responsive design;
• Build analytics dashboards and tools for web-based data visualization;
• Collaborate closely with our clinical team to define the optimal system workflow from the user's perspective.

What You Need To Have:

• Proven expertise in web development, with mandatory experience in Golang and/or NodeJS;
• Proficiency in SQL language and database management (familiarity with NoSQL databases is an advantage);
• Capability to write efficient, reusable, and high-performing code;
• Strong understanding of Software Engineering patterns, particularly in Web Services development;
• Experience with caching tools such as Memcached or Redis is a plus;
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes and related tools;
• Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and problem-solving abilities;
• Solid written and technical English proficiency.

Location requirements:

• Remote - but candidates must reside in Portugal.
