 What is this challenge about:

• Develop and implement a testing strategy that aligns with project goals and objectives;
• Establish and maintain testing policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality across software projects;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and effective communication regarding quality standards;
• Lead the testing team in executing test plans, including functional, regression, and performance testing;
• Monitor and report on testing progress, issues, and results to stakeholders;
• Utilize tools such as Octane, Jira, and Xray for test management and reporting;
• Identify areas for process improvement and advocate for best practices in testing;
• Provide training and mentorship to junior testing team members.

What we are looking for:

• At least 7 year of experience in Quality Assurance;
• Proven experience in a testing leadership role;
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices;
• Proficiency with testing tools, specifically Octane, Jira, and Xray;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication skills in English and French (C1 level);
• Fluency in English;
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
