 What is this challenge about:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program to ensure our products and services meet internal standards and customer expectations;
• Define and enforce quality standards in collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams;
• Own the development and maintenance of test plans, automated test suites, and performance
• benchmarks across our platforms;
• Establish and monitor quality metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement;
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes by leveraging automation and integrating best practices in agile software development;
• Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to enhance test environments and support scalable testing pipelines;
• Provide guidance on bug tracking, test documentation, and defect resolution processes;
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to product quality and safety.

What we are looking for:

• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance;
• Proven experience in a testing leadership role;
• A strong track record in delivering high-quality web and backend applications, especially consumer facing products;
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test case development, defect tracking, and test planning;
• Hands-on experience with automated UI testing tools and frameworks;
• Comfortable collaborating on API testing, performance/load testing, and supporting scalable quality pipelines;
• Experience with Git, Agile development practices, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions);
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog) to support test coverage and incident analysis;
• Prior experience improving test environments in collaboration with infrastructure engineers;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a pragmatic and autonomous approach to work;
• Fluent level of English.
