Description
- Implement and support SAP HCM solutions
- Focus primarily on the Payroll module and Time Management
- Collaborate with clients to design tailored and efficient solutions
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive innovation
- Contribute to best practices and clear documentation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in agile environments
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM (including at least 2 full-cycle implementations)
- Proven experience in SAP Payroll
- Knowledge of Time Management (a plus)
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (nice to have)
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Certifications in SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Payroll (big plus)
