Role: Handles administrative requests and queries and support Financial Department; Organizes documentation for Accountant; Prepares periodically internal reports; Reconciles data; Creates and updates records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
Profile:
- Academical Degree in Finance, Accountings or similar areas;
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, in particular)
- 5 years of proven experience in similar functions
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
