About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building products that have real-world impact.
You’ll be working directly with the founder, a product designer, and a mobile developer.
Your mission will be to own, expand, and refactor the existing platform, define technical best practices, and lead the development of new features. This is not just a coding role — you will have a big voice in how the product evolves technically and architecturally.
What You'll Do
Take ownership of the existing codebase (Node.js backend + React frontend + PostgreSQL).
Audit and refactor critical areas of the MVP to prepare for scaling.
Design and build new features end-to-end — from database to API to frontend.
Collaborate with product and design to ship beautiful, user-friendly experiences.
Define technical standards (architecture, code quality, security, DevOps basics).
Mentor and guide future developers as we grow the team.
Our Tech Stack
Backend: Node.js (Express)
Frontend: React.js (Next.js nice-to-have)
Mobile: React Native
Database: PostgreSQL
Hosting: AWS / GCP
Who You Are
3–6 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (startup experience is a big plus).
Strong skills in Node.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL.
Solid understanding of APIs, authentication, and scalable backend design.
Comfortable working across frontend and backend — you love owning features end-to-end.
Experience with cloud hosting (AWS, GCP, or similar) and basic DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, monitoring) is a bonus.
Ability to work independently and make technical decisions without constant supervision.
You care about clean code, great user experience, and building scalable systems.
Startup mindset: hands-on, solutions-oriented, and comfortable with a fast pace.
Bonus points if you have worked in HealthTech, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms.
