For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a SAP Consultant,within HR and Payroll projects.
• Hands-on experience in the implementation of payroll solutions, with SAP SuccessFactors as the core system.
• Previous experience with Meta4 is a strong advantage, given the migration context.
• Exposure to the Workday tool will be considered a plus.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (minimum B2 level in both languages).
• Availability for a hybrid work model in Lisbon (Alfragide) — 2 to 3 times per week on-site.
