For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Data Science
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI (GenAI)
• Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other GenAI technologies
• Experience in GenAI projects, with knowledge in areas such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Content Generation
• Strong understanding and practical experience in Prompt Engineering
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), including parsing methods, VectorDB, and retrieval techniques
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with open-source GenAI platforms such as Hugging Face or similar (preferred)
• Familiarity with evaluation techniques such as LLMs-as-Judges or frameworks like Ragas/LLMOps (preferred)
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (B2)
• Availability for hybrid work in Porto or Lisbon
