What is this challenge about:

• Design, fine-tune, and implement LLM-based solutions (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude) for internal use cases such as chatbots, document summarization, and intelligent assistants;
• Develop APIs and microservices to integrate AI models existing platforms and workflows;
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable GenAI applications;
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines within a regulated financial environment;
• Evaluate and benchmark different open-source and commercial LLMs for cost, performance, and data governance suitability;
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve prompt design and system accuracy.

 What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning / NLP / AI model development;
• Strong experience with Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow, and API integration;
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar LLM platforms;
• Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure preferred);
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and RAG architectures;
• Understanding of data governance and compliance in financial institutions;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally;
• Fluency in English (minimum B1).

Nice to have

• Experience in prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs;
• Background in banking, fintech, or regulated industries;
• Exposure to AI-powered automation, chatbots, or knowledge retrieval systems.
