We’re looking for a passionate IT Recruiter to join a growing international recruitment team delivering top digital talent and building high-performing tech teams across Europe

Location: Hybrid / Remote (Poland)
Your mission
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and tech consulting roles
Source and headhunt top candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, and other platforms
Conduct interviews and assess technical as well as soft skills
Collaborate with hiring managers and sales teams to understand recruitment needs
Manage ATS (Zoho Recruit) and maintain candidate pipelines efficiently
You bring
3+ years of experience in IT recruitment
Good understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, etc)
Fluent Polish and English
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
