What we are looking for
- Proven experience as a Release Manager, preferably in a complex, multi-domain environment
- Ability to define and maintain a cross-domain release strategy, covering both planned and ad-hoc releases
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners and Delivery Managers to align priorities, content, and timelines
- Strong coordination skills to plan, monitor, and execute releases across several teams and domains
- Capacity to establish standardized release processes and templates ensuring visibility and consistency
- Experience managing Go-Live and post-deployment activities, including rollback procedures and incident management
- Knowledge in continuous integration, CI/CD practices, and automation for release frequency and quality improvement
- Ability to develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms for visibility and performance tracking
- Strong understanding of risk management and business continuity during deployments
- Experience conducting risk assessments, post-mortems, and dependency resolution across domains
- Solid communication skills to align stakeholders and report progress effectively
- Proactive mindset, organization, and analytical thinking
- English proficiency (B2+ minimum)
