IT Operational Excellence Analyst

We are looking for an IT Operational Excellence Analyst to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon, in a support role focused on management, not acting as a technical specialist.

Your responsibilities include:

• Support the implementation of IT process improvements and automation initiatives;
• Monitor and analyse IT performance metrics to identify areas for efficiency gains;
• Assist in maintaining documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs);
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence project;
• Help ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practices.

You must have: 

• Degree (Master's) program in Business, Engineering or related fields;
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience;
• Basic knowledge of support management for IT systems, infrastructure, or support operations;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Eagerness to learn Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies;
• Knowledge of management within the ITIL framework
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) — experience with data tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus;
• Certifications in ITIL will be a plus.
