Requirements

• +3 years of experience as a scrum master;
• Experience working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe);
• Strong understanding of end-to-end solution architecture and transitional architecture design;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams;
• Ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and provide transparency to stakeholders;
• Analytical and systems-thinking mindset, integrating expertise across multiple disciplines;
• Familiarity with SAP or enterprise technology ecosystems is a plus;
• Fluency in English (minimum B2).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CE3 Architects to design and refine north star and transitional architectures for C&P programs and cross-vertical initiatives;
• Ensure architectural decisions that enable delivery and support short-, mid-, and long-term business goals;
• Work with Enterprise Architecture, Cross Platform Architecture, Platform System Architecture, and Implementation Engineering teams;
• Apply a multidisciplinary approach, integrating expertise from engineering, experience, and excellence pillars to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions;
• Align capability and journey design with C&P, CPIT, and SAP objectives to avoid fragmented solutions and delivery risks;
• Follow DRB/ARB processes for governance and architectural compliance;
• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring client-facing transparency in delivery.
