This could be the perfect challenge if you have:
- Expertise in administering JIRA at scale (Data Center/Server) across multi-team environments.;
- Proven standardization of workflows/schemes and consolidation from fragmented setups
- Hands-on with at least two of: ServiceNow/SILVA integrations, GitHub/DevOps, BI/Power BI feeds.
- Experience with SLAs and measurable KPIs;
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
