For the first meetup of the year, we will talk about our most wanted talent, the IT Talent.It will be a round table with 3 super experienced HR stars, to talk with them about best practices to attract IT talent, their own recruiting experiences, tips to have the best onboarding and all their learnings about growing tech companies.
In the round table we will have:
DANIELA BARROS - People Development Manager at Talkdesk
She has more than 10 years of professional experience in the HR area and since 2012 focused in tech companies, from Zalando, Blip and currently as People Development Manager at Talkdesk. At Talkdesk she started the Porto office from scratch to almost 170 employees.
JOSÉ BAGO - Head of Talent Acquisition at Farfech
He has 20 Years of HR experience mainly in Talent Acquisition. Market awareness within Retail, Technology and Operations sectors. Presently leading Talent Acquisition at Farfetch PT. Before that, was a Handball player, managed a Bakery, worked at Sonae, Egor, Alert Life Sciences Computing and Blip.
VANIA PINTO - HR Manager at dashdash
She is an HR Geek! Her 1st HR experience at PT Inovação, where she discovered her passion for HR in Tech companies. She then went to Blip where she helped grow the team from less than 100 to almost 300 people. After almost 3 years at Blip, she joined the 1st Portuguese Unicorn: Farfetch, where she started as a TA Specialist and grew to a Lead TA. After 1,5 years at Farfetch, she was challenged to start the HR area of her current company, dashdash, from scratch. Outside of work, she's a mum, a wife, a book worm, an avid traveler and, when time allows, a WoW gamer.

TONI GIMENO - Talent Attraction & Inbound Recruiting
He helps and trains companies to attract the best talent applying Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategies. He is the creator of the Inbound Recruiting methodology and he was the co-founder of the recruitment software Talent Clue.
He has implemented the Inbound Recruiting methodology strategies in companies such as Amazon, Adecco, CaixaBank, Primark or Salsa, and trained several IT companies in Portugal such as Alten, Timwetech, HIQ consulting, among others.
