Role Description:

·        Provide technical support to agents via floor walking and also via acceptance of user interactions  directly transferred to them by Service Desk Agents

·        Support training activities within the desk environment

·        Influence and improve the quality of knowledge articles

·        Ensures Service Desk infrastructure has the correct level of functionality and is operational

·        Proactively assists other team members to achieve team objectives and targets, may run short training sessions for Service Desk Agents


We are looking for:

·        Min of 5 Higher Education subject passes, including English & preferably IT, or equivalent relevant topics

·        ITIL Foundation Certificate in Service Management  (desirable)

·        Ability to influence others

·        Team Working – team player

·        Good written and oral communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
