Agile/DevOps Coach (m/f)

Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations.

In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for an Agile/DevOps Coach to work in this project in Lisbon.

Requirements:

- Previous experience with coaching techniques;
- Knowledge of methodological, organizational and technical domains where the intervention scope is needed, like: Scrum, DevOps, and/or Lean;
- Be able to give workshops and meetings;
- Knowledge of Java, Spring, Maven and Oracle DB;
- Work experience with CI/CD principles and tools like Jenkins;
- Knowledge of SAST, such as: SonarQube, Fortify, and NexusIQ;
- Experience with Docker, Container and Groovy;
- Fluent in English;

Responsibilities:

Propose a coaching plan:

- Analyze and make clear the coaching request;
- Lead the interviews necessary for the mission framing;
- Define the coaching mission;
- Plan and estimate the mission within organizational and budget constraints;
- Propose follow-up indicators for the mission;

 Lead a coaching mission:

- Help with the adaptation to new practices, techniques and tools, aiming at easing the steering of activities;
- Lead interviews and facilitating the necessary workshops for the mission continuity;
- Support the team upskilling;

Ensure the continuity of the mission:

- Measure the efficiency of the coaching plan;
- Adapt the plan, if required;
- Identify risks and issues, and propose remediation plans;

Guarantee the creation and maintenance of his knowledge and skill base:

- List, capitalize on and share the good practices and techniques;
- Identity improvement areas;
- Maintain and develop a professional network;

Knows ""Software Craftsman"" principles and:

- Knows the principles of clean code and apply them effectively;
- Understand the OO principles, DDD, design patterns and best practices such as SOLID principles.
-  Familiar with Test Driven Development (TDD).
